Camp Reed Staff

All summer staff are chosen based on their values, personal goals, desire to serve, skills, and past experience. All staff are 1st Aid, BBP & CPR certified. Background checks are completed on all YMCA staff and volunteers. During our week long staff training we cover American Camp Association policies and procedures including safety, with an emphasis on the YMCA Camp Reed mission and objectives. Many staff members are former campers and most attend college or work in education or are medical professionals in our community. Our staff is 100% ready to deliver the best experience for your camper.
